Responsibilities

We are seeking a seasoned Vice President to lead our Enterprise Automation team, driving adoption of RPA and agentic AI across the firm. The successful candidate will be responsible for building an automation center of excellence and overseeing design and deployment of intelligent workflows. This role reports into the Head of Enterprise Architecture in the Tech org.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in RPA platforms, workflow automation, and agentic AI, with expertise in UiPath, Scribe, N8n , and related platforms. They will be able to partner with business leaders and process owners to identify automation opportunities and prioritize initiatives based on business impact.

Responsibilities include:
  • Lead the enterprise automation strategy, defining and executing a roadmap for RPA, workflow automation, and agentic AI adoption
  • Oversee the design, build, and deployment of automation solutions using UiPath, ScribeHow, N8n, and related platforms
  • Partner with business leaders and process owners to identify automation opportunities and prioritize initiatives
  • Establish automation governance and standards, including reusable frameworks and security guardrails
  • Integrate automation with Oaktree's data and systems ecosystem for end-to-end digital workflows
  • Drive AI-augmented automation, embedding GenAI/agentic AI into workflows to go beyond RPA's rule-based limits
  • Measure and communicate value delivered, building metrics on time savings, error reduction, and compliance risk mitigation
  • Build and lead an automation center of excellence to scale best practices, talent, and vendor partnerships

Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in automation, with a focus on RPA, workflow automation, and agentic AI
  • Hands-on expertise with RPA platforms, including UiPath, Scribe, and Automation Anywhere
  • Experience with agentic AI orchestration tools, including N8n, LangChain, and Microsoft Copilot Studio
  • Integration and API knowledge, with ability to connect RPA/AI workflows with enterprise applications and data lakes
  • Strong process mapping and re-engineering skills, with expertise in documenting and optimizing workflows
  • Knowledge of AI/ML/GenAI models, with ability to design use cases that leverage large language models
  • Governance and security awareness, with ability to embed audit trails and access controls into automation workflows
  • Experience building Automation CoEs, with proven track record in scaling automation across multiple functions and geographies
  • Leadership and collaboration skills, with ability to influence stakeholders and mentor engineers and analysts

Nice-to-have:
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure, Azure SQL Database, Azure Fabric, and Azure Lakehouse
  • Knowledge of alternative asset management industry trends and regulatory requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • Advanced degree (MBA, MS, etc.) preferred

Base Salary Range

$160,000-$210,000

In addition to a competitive base salary, you will be eligible to receive discretionary bonus incentives, a comprehensive benefits package and a flexible work arrangement. The base salary offered will be commensurate with experience and/or qualifications, industry knowledge and expertise, as well as prior training and education.
