+ Technical Skills: IT infrastructure components, ITSM tools + Someone who owns and drives the ServiceNow roadmap, not just uses it. + Country Service Desk Management + Experience with automation and chatbot rollouts, ideally with ServiceNow Virtual Agent or similar tools

Nice to Haves :

+ PMP certification preferred (within 1.5 years) + Multi-site support, global coordination, or supporting a follow-the-sun model + A strong background in service design, customer experience (CX) enhancements, and building scalable self-service models. + The ability to scale IT support across multiple geographies, with a focus on standardized, repeatable processes. + A clear career focus in IT Service Delivery or IT Operations, including the ability to write SOPs, enhance processes, and develop ITSM workflows from the ground up + Experience in leading ServiceNow configuration, roadmap, architecture decisions, or custom module creation (e.g., CMDB, Virtual Agent) + Experience in leading cross-functional teams, change agents, or service transition initiatives. + Global Service Desk Management
