Job Details

Position: Senior SailPoint Developer
Type: W2 Contract (No C2C)

We re seeking a Senior SailPoint Developer with deep expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) to lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable SailPoint IdentityIQ/IdentityNow solutions. This role requires strong technical leadership, hands-on development, and the ability to work across security, infrastructure, and business teams to drive secure identity lifecycle management across complex enterprise environments.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of SailPoint IdentityIQ/IdentityNow solutions
  • Develop custom workflows, rules, connectors, and integration logic with enterprise systems
  • Design and enforce access governance, role-based access control (RBAC), and policy compliance frameworks
  • Oversee onboarding of applications to SailPoint, including entitlement discovery and access certifications
  • Troubleshoot complex provisioning and synchronization issues across cloud and on-prem environments
  • Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership to IAM project teams
  • Collaborate with security and compliance teams to support audits and regulatory requirements
  • Drive SailPoint platform upgrades, patch management, and performance tuning
Required Skills:
  • 10+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM), including 8+ years with SailPoint IdentityIQ and/or IdentityNow
  • Strong hands-on experience in Java, BeanShell, XML, REST/SOAP APIs, and directory services (LDAP, AD, Azure AD)
  • Proven track record integrating SailPoint with cloud apps (e.g., AWS, Azure, Workday, ServiceNow, Salesforce)
  • Expertise in identity lifecycle management, access reviews, policy violations, and risk modeling
  • Strong understanding of Zero Trust, SSO, MFA, and IAM governance frameworks
  • Experience in large-scale IAM deployments across hybrid environments
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevSecOps practices, and tools like Git, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field
  • SailPoint Certification highly preferred; CISSP or similar a plus
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
