Pay: $30/hr W2

Duration: 6+ months with possible contract to hire

About the Role: We are seeking a proactive and welcoming Workplace Coordinator to help cultivate a vibrant and efficient environment for our Denver team. You'll be the friendly face of our office, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for our employees and guests.

Job Description: As a Workplace Coordinator, you will take ownership of our Denver office, ensuring it runs smoothly and looks presentable, especially for executive visitors. This role requires someone who can function independently and proactively resolve situations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Office Management: Maintain the appearance and operations of the office, handling facilities issues and performing light IT tasks.
  • Reception Duties: Manage the reception area, greet visitors and employees, and oversee access.
  • Supply Management: Order, receive, and stock office, kitchen, and food supplies.
  • Event Support: Provide support for visitors, on-site events, and team meetings.
  • Badge Administration: Manage the creation and maintenance of employee badges.
  • Employee Support: Address office-related inquiries from employees.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the People team, IT, and Facilities to ensure a cohesive workplace experience.

Who You Are:

  • Experienced in a receptionist, office management, or administrative assistant role.
  • Highly organized with a keen eye for office aesthetics.
  • An excellent communicator and active listener.
  • Accountable and able to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Possess a growth mindset and a continuous desire to learn and improve.

Additional Information:

  • This is a full-time position requiring approximately 40 hours per week.
