RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Boston, MA that is seeking an Azure Cloud and Hosting Management Specialist t to support and maintain their cloud infrastructure. This role involves managing Azure environments, ensuring secure and efficient operations, and providing technical support across server, database, and network components. The Azure Cloud and Hosting Management Specialist will collaborate closely with application teams, cloud providers, and internal stakeholders to deliver reliable, scalable, and secure cloud services.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Azure certifications (e.g., AZ-104, AZ-500, or similar)
* 3+ years of experience managing Azure cloud environments
* Strong understanding of Azure AD, virtual networking, and cloud security best practices
* Experience with VM deployment, monitoring tools, and patch management
* Knowledge of SQL Server administration and backup/recovery strategies
* Familiarity with Azure monitoring tools and reporting dashboards
* Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
* Experience supporting application release and infrastructure upgrades
* Knowledge of compliance standards such as SOC II Type 2
* Prior involvement in disaster recovery planning and testing
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
