Primary Skill: Splunk/ Dynatrace
Primary Responsibilities:
- Utilize Dynatrace for performance engineering analysis to monitor and optimize application performance.
- Leverage Splunk for data analysis, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Work with Autosys, Shell scripts, and Remedy to manage and automate processes.
- Develop and maintain applications using Core Java and J2EE technologies.
- Perform SQL queries and manage databases on Linux platforms.
Required Skills and Knowledge:
- Working knowledge of Splunk, Dynatrace, Autosys, Shell scripts, and Remedy.
- Experience in Core Java and J2EE technologies, Linux, SQL, and Autosys.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work well under pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively across all levels.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Previous production support experience is preferred.
- Understanding of change and release management.
