A leading healthcare organization with a growing national presence is looking for a Business Intelligence Developer to support enterprise analytics and data strategy. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys collaborating across departments, and is passionate about turning data into actionable insights.
You'll work with a cross-functional team to build and maintain BI solutions using Power BI and Snowflake, support reporting initiatives, and help drive decision-making across the organization. This is a hybrid position based in the Dallas, TX area. What You'll Be Doing

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and define reporting requirements aligned with BI strategy
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable BI dashboards and reports using Power BI
- Leverage Snowflake and SQL Server to manage and integrate complex datasets from multiple platforms
- Support and enhance BI processes and standards, incorporating best practices across data governance and visualization
- Identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and innovation within the BI and reporting ecosystem
- Provide guidance on data visualization, model performance, and report usability to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Stay current with emerging BI technologies, especially in Power BI and Snowflake, to inform ongoing improvements
- Work closely with data engineers, analysts, and business units to ensure robust data infrastructure and governance
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; OR equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3+ years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server (2012 or newer)
- 1+ year of experience managing or supporting multi-platform BI environments (e.g., Snowflake, SQL Server)
- Advanced SQL skills and strong understanding of relational databases, stored procedures, and data structures
- Proven expertise developing reports, dashboards, and datasets using Power BI
- Hands-on experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
- Experience with ETL tools and processes, such as SSIS or Informatica
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications
