Job Title: Solution Architect - MarTech Platforms
Locations: Jersey City, NJ/ New York City, NY/ Wilmington, DE/ Chicago, IL/ Atlanta, GA - Onsite/ Hybrid
Job Description:
  • 15+ years of experience in Marketing Technology (Martech), Naehas or similar Offer Management platforms.
  • Experience with architecting and designing scalable Offer Management solutions using Naehas and related Martech platforms.
  • Strong understanding of customer segmentation, data modeling, and real-time personalization.
  • Proven experience integrating with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Salesforce Marketing Cloud/CRM.
  • Experience in Leading technical discovery sessions and translating business requirements into robust technical architectures.
  • Define and enforce best practices for solution design, data modeling, and integration patterns.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to lead technical teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with API design, data pipelines, and cloud-based architectures is a plus.
  • Drive integration strategies with CDPs, CRMs, and real-time personalization engines.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
  • Participate in client workshops, presenting architectural options and roadmaps.
