Key Responsibilities:
- Assess current ITSM capabilities and define roadmaps for improvement.
- Design and implement ITIL-based processes (Incident, Change, Problem, Request, CMDB, etc.).
- Lead workshops and engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into process and tool configurations.
- Configure and customize ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, or others as required.
- Perform gap analysis and align IT processes with ITIL v4 best practices.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience as an ITSM consultant or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL frameworks (ITIL v3/v4 certification preferred).
- Hands-on experience with one or more ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, Cherwell).
