Position Summary:
Our Partner is a fast-growing, operationally complex company transitioning from reactive decision making to a culture grounded in data informed execution. As they expand their digital operations backbone across platforms like NetSuite, Salesforce, Arena PLM, and ADP, they are building the company s first true Center of Excellence for Analytics and this position will be foundational to that vision. This role is not about static reports or templated dashboards. It s about shaping business conversations. You ll work closely with the Head of Systems and Business Systems Analysts to translate raw data into stories that leadership can act on. From sales planning to labor cost forecasting, you ll build flexible reporting assets that connect across functions and reveal how people, systems, and finances move together.

Experience and Education:
- 5+ years in BI or analytics roles, ideally supporting Finance, Sales, or Ops teams
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite and/or Salesforce data
- Built dashboards and reports from scratch using Power BI
- Comfortable working in ERP/CRM-heavy environments with a focus on operational execution
- Familiarity with data modeling and transformation concepts (bonus for SQL or ELT skills)
- Experience with data requirements gathering and stakeholder alignment

Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Build and own operational dashboards across Finance, Sales, HR, and Operations
- Turn business goals into KPIs and metrics that support timely, strategic decisions
- Shape and socialize Power BI-first reporting standards across departments
- Dive into NetSuite Analytics Warehouse and define key financial and operational metrics
- Collaborate with BSAs to validate source data, normalize inconsistencies, and structure models
- Identify and eliminate duplicate or conflicting reports to create a single source of truth
- Partner with business stakeholders to embed reporting into daily workflows
- Act as a translator between technical data and business context
- Lead initiatives to clean system data, improve naming conventions, and reduce dashboard sprawl
- Train users and promote dashboard adoption through intuitive design and change enablement
- Contribute to data center of excellence, including standards, definitions, and documentation
- Proactively recommend new dashboards or reporting layers based on business needs
- Work with leadership to define what "good reporting" looks like by function and audience
- Participate in long-term data architecture and self-service strategy conversations
- Help set a standard for analytical rigor and reporting maturity across the company
