Job Details

Hansen Talent Group is seeking a strong Data Engineer working with AWS Data Lakes to support a great enterprise team in the Columbia, SC area! This is a full time, hybrid contract position. No C2C or sponsorship available.

The Data Engineer designs, builds, and manages scalable data infrastructure and pipelines on the Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud platform

Duties:

  • Designing, building, and maintaining efficient and scalable data pipelines using AWS services like , , , , , and .
  • Developing and implementing (ETL) processes
  • Designing and managing data storage solutions on AWS, including data lakes and data warehouses, ensuring data quality, consistency, and security
  • Implementing and maintaining robust security measures to protect sensitive data, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
  • Identifying and resolving data-related issues, optimizing data pipelines and storage for performance and cost-effectiveness
  • Keeping up with the latest AWS services and technologies and applying them to improve data engineering solution
