Description
We are looking for a Web Administrator to oversee and enhance our digital platforms while ensuring optimal performance and security. This role is integral to maintaining the organization's online presence, including e-commerce systems, and providing technical support for web-based tools and integrations. The ideal candidate will collaborate with various teams to align technology solutions with business objectives.
Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain web servers and e-commerce platforms to support seamless online operations.
Monitor and optimize website performance, ensuring fast loading times and minimal downtime.
Implement security measures to safeguard digital assets and protect sensitive information.
Conduct audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend solutions to strengthen system security.
Utilize tools such as Google Analytics to track website traffic and user behavior for actionable insights.
Perform regular backups and manage backup technologies to ensure data integrity and recovery.
Configure and maintain content management systems (CMS) for streamlined content updates.
Provide technical support for web-based applications and integrations, troubleshooting issues as needed.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align web functionalities with business goals.
Conduct A/B testing to improve user experience and optimize website features.
Requirements
Minimum of 1 year of experience in web administration or a related IT role.
Proficiency in managing Content Management Systems (CMS) and web servers.
Strong knowledge of Google Analytics for monitoring and analyzing website traffic.
Familiarity with IIS and configuration management tools.
Experience with auditing processes to identify and resolve security vulnerabilities.
Understanding of backup technologies and data recovery procedures.
Solid grasp of computer hardware and networking principles.
Ability to conduct A/B testing and improve website performance based on results.
