Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Finance Consultant with a strong background in financial processes, system implementation, and integration. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Controlling (CO), with proven experience in leading or supporting end-to-end SAP Finance transformations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead or support end-to-end implementation of SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions, including requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
Configure and customize S/4HANA Finance modules: GL, AP, AR, AA, CO, Bank Accounting, and Cash Management.
Work closely with business users to map financial and controlling processes and provide process improvement recommendations.
Integrate SAP Finance with other S/4HANA modules (MM, SD, PP) and external systems as required.
Provide guidance on Finance Master Data Management, including Chart of Accounts, Cost Centers, Profit Centers, and Internal Orders.
Support month-end and year-end financial closing processes and ensure compliance with accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP).
Deliver functional specifications for RICEFW objects and collaborate with technical teams for development.
Perform data migration and validation using tools like SAP Data Services or Migration Cockpit.
Support S/4HANA upgrades, testing, and change management activities.
Conduct user training, workshops, and documentation for end-users and key stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor s or Master s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
12+ years of SAP Finance experience, with at least 2 3 full-cycle implementations in S/4HANA Finance.
Strong understanding of financial and management accounting processes.
Proficiency in SAP Fiori apps and S/4HANA embedded analytics.
Experience with Central Finance (CFIN) is an added advantage.
Strong integration knowledge with SD, MM, PP, and HR modules.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
SAP certification in S/4HANA Finance preferred.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with SAP Activate methodology.
Exposure to cloud or hybrid deployments.
Understanding of automation, RPA, or AI tools integrated with SAP Finance
