Job Title: MS Dynamics 365 Sales/Service Techno-Functional Consultant
Location: Rancho Cucamonga, CA (Hybrid)

We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Techno-Functional Consultant who will play a key role in both the technical development and functional implementation of our Dynamics 365 Sales and Service applications. This role involves close collaboration with business users and cross-functional IT teams to design, customize, and enhance CRM solutions that drive operational efficiency and business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document evolving business requirements for Dynamics 365 CRM.
  • Configure, customize, and optimize Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Service) to align with business needs.
  • Design and implement technical solutions, including plugins, workflows, and integrations.
  • Conduct unit and system testing, ensuring quality and performance of all customizations.
  • Provide training, documentation, and post-implementation support to end-users.
  • Partner with other IT teams to ensure seamless system integration and data flow.
  • Monitor and stay current with new Dynamics 365 updates, features, and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve CRM-related issues in a timely manner.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales/Service modules).
  • Strong knowledge of CRM workflows, customization, configuration, and data model.
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Experience with the Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate).
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
