Job Description
A leading Financial Services organization in Minneapolis is seeking a Business Analyst to drive requirements discovery, process documentation, and cross-functional collaboration across product, QA, project management, and technology teams. This full-time hybrid role (3 days onsite) offers a 6-month engagement at $50-$54/hr and the opportunity to support multi-year initiatives. Ideal for someone with 3+ years of BA experience, strong analytical skills, and a talent for translating business needs into actionable solutions.

Responsibilities:
The business analyst is responsible for leading the definition of business requirements to successful completion, including the discovery, analysis, and documentation of business requirements, process flows, use cases, testing, and training plans.
Works closely with product, relationship management, quality assurance, project management, and technology teams.
The Business Analyst is responsible for conducting customer and market needs analysis, developing detailed product and internet systems requirements, and managing all stages of business requirements from initial research to user acceptance testing.
The position will be the liaison between client subject matter experts and the development team.
The position will also identify and assist in the development of additional business opportunities within current clients, applying delivery methodology standards in the creation of solutions, understanding client tactical plans and goals, and expressing business requirements in terms of the function to be performed by the solution.
Other responsibilities include overseeing business-to-system knowledge management and assisting in overall system design from user interface through backend processes.
This is a team-based position that requires strong interpersonal skills.
Interview Details:
2-3 rounds of interviews with Patrick and 2 other managers via Teams, with a camera required.
Additional Details:
No free parking available. They would need to pay for parking or take public transportation.
