It encompasses client copies, system refreshes, and the establishment of development, quality, and production environments. Transport Management System (TMS): Proficient in overseeing the transport request process across various SAP environments. System Upgrades and Patching: Implementing support packs, patches, and kernel upgrades to ensure the system remains up-to-date and secure. Performance Tuning: Continuously monitoring and enhancing system performance to boost efficiency and improve user experience. Database Management: Engaging with multiple databases, such as SAP HANA, Oracle, and SQL Server. Operating Systems: Skilled in operating systems including Linux, Unix, and Windows. Backup and Recovery: Executing and managing backup and recovery processes to ensure data protection. Integration: Setting up and managing the connectivity between SAP and other third-party systems through technologies like RFC connections. BTP Admin: Platform and account administration, establishing and overseeing global accounts and subaccounts, provisioning and handling runtime environments, enrolling in and configuring services, including SAP Integration Suite, configuring and managing connectivity to on-premise systems via the SAP Cloud Connector Collaboration: Works with Project team on QA and Prod relevant cutover tasks. Cross-trains relevant Tier 2 SAP teams.
