Job Details
Overview
LMI seeks an experienced AI Engineer to support the U.S. Army Center for Initial Military Training's (CIMT) Holistic Health & Fitness Management System (H2FMS). H2FMS is a secure analytics environment hosted in Army GovCloud that integrates data from the vendor-provided H2F data capture application and provides multidomain readiness insights across all five H2F domains (physical, nutritional, mental, sleep, spiritual).
The AI Engineer will play a key role in designing, developing, testing, and operationalizing machine learning (ML), AI-powered analytics, and automation models that enhance Soldier and unit readiness assessment. This role supports the Data Scientist SME, Tactical Sports Scientist, Human Performance Specialist, and the broader technical team to build responsible, explainable, and secure AI capabilities for Army use.
LMI is a new breed of digital solutions provider dedicated to accelerating government impact with innovation and speed. Investing in technology and prototypes ahead of need, LMI brings commercial-grade platforms and mission-ready AI to federal agencies at commercial speed.
Leveraging our mission-ready technology and solutions, proven expertise in federal deployment, and strategic relationships, we enhance outcomes for the government, efficiently and effectively. With a focus on agility and collaboration, LMI serves the defense, space, healthcare, and energy sectors-helping agencies navigate complexity and outpace change. Headquartered in Tysons, Virginia, LMI is committed to delivering impactful results that strengthen missions and drive lasting value.
