Job Title: Analyst I - Eligibility Analyst

Location: Irving, TX 75039 - Hybrid

Duration: 6+ Months + (Extension/Conversion)

Job Description:

  • Candidate will support the eligibility data file feeds that are sent to by a client for a book of business.
  • They will research and consult on any issues with the file feeds to resolve any concerns/discrepancies.
  • They will investigate any questions/requests sent to them and ensure they are completed by the noted due date.
  • They will help the clients within their book of business with any changes or enhancements that the client may want to do with their existing file feed.
  • They may also support any new clients to with setting up their file feeds. This position requires the ability to problem solve, be organized, analytical, understand how to prioritize their day, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively both orally and in writing with both their clients and internal team members.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools with an emphasis on Excel, Access, and OneNote
  • Managed several projects concurrently.
  • Polished writer and oral communicator
  • Proposed process improvements.
  • Analyzed data to identify discrepancies.
  • Healthcare experience preferred

Experience

2+ years in Pharmacy Benefit Management or Healthcare Eligibility, Insurance, IT, or Benefits Environment.

  • /Caremark, the Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) division of Health, is looking for a Healthcare Enrollment Consultant to join our Eligibility Administration Department.
  • As a Healthcare Enrollment Consultant you will impact and support customers in all areas including Commercial, Medicare, Healthcare Plans & Group Waiver Plans (EGWP).
  • In order to be successful in this role you will act as a client facing eligibility data subject matter expert.
  • This will involve inputting of eligibility file and data configuration parameters within claims processing system as well as researching and consulting to improve eligibility data integrity and ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Other responsibilities can include improving healthcare basic analytical skills that are needed to perform data analysis, resolving eligibility file processing issues as well as consulting on healthcare data needs.

Education
