This is a hybrid role that blends CRM administration, data analysis, and general IT support, perfect for someone who loves wearing multiple hats and making a visible impact across the organization.
What You'll Do:
- Be the go-to resource for CRM (MS Dynamics 365 Business Central experience is ideal) support, configuration, and optimization
- Use your data skills to generate insightful reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools like Power BI or Excel
- Partner with departments to understand their needs and deliver practical, tech-driven solutions
- Help teammates with day-to-day IT issues (we all pitch in - it's part of the vibe!)
- Assist in documenting workflows, improving processes, and supporting digital transformation initiatives
- Work closely with IT leadership to support both strategic and operational goals
Requirements
What You Bring:
- 2+ years of experience in an IT, systems, or analyst role
- Proficiency with data tools (Power BI, Excel, SQL, or similar)
- CRM administration/support experience (any platform welcome)
- A collaborative mindset and strong communication skills - you love working with people just as much as tech
- Willingness to jump into basic IT support when needed
- Bonus points for experience with scripting, automation tools, or Microsoft 365/SharePoint
