Senior AI Developer Python | LLM | RAG (Remote U.S. Only)

We are hiring a Senior AI Developer to work on a high-impact Artificial Intelligence and Emerging Technology initiative. This is a hands-on engineering role, focused 80% on Python development, and 100% on LLM + RAG-based solution delivery.

You ll work in a highly technical, collaborative team that builds production-ready full-stack applications infused with AI.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop full-stack apps with GenAI + LLM integration

• Build APIs and RAG pipelines using Python, LangChain, HuggingFace

• Integrate vector databases, chunking strategies, and embedding APIs

• Collaborate with Data Scientists to implement prompt engineering and model fine-tuning

• Deploy AI models on cloud platforms (Azure preferred)

• Implement secure, scalable microservices with REST APIs

• Follow Agile workflows, CI/CD best practices, and contribute to code reviews

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in software development (Python focus)

• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML or NLP

• 3+ years of experience with LLMs (GPT, Falcon, Claude, etc.)

• Strong experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems

• Proficiency with Python frameworks (LangChain, HuggingFace Transformers)

• Experience with vector stores, embeddings, chunking, and query rewriting

• Experience with SQL + NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, CosmosDB, etc.)

• Proficient in deploying AI workloads on Azure or AWS

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines

• GitHub and LinkedIn presence required

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Azure OpenAI, CosmosDB

• Familiarity with MLflow, Weights & Biases

• Exposure to prompt engineering, instruction tuning

• Strong knowledge of AI model deployment strategies
