JOB SUMMARY

JOB SUMMARY
Cyber Project Manager responsible for managing the scope, schedule, budget, and quality of projects for individual contributors and supervisors. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leads 3 - 5 low to medium complexity projects, or leads 1 - 2 high complex projects, to deliver the agreed outcomes within time, cost and quality constraints.
- Owns all aspects of projects, to deliver approved business functionality to Sysco.
- In partnership with the Project Sponsor, defines scope, delivery approach, assumptions, dependencies, risks, and budget.
- Coordinates with all stakeholders, internal and external, and dependent projects to develop detailed project schedules, defining project activities and phases, critical gates/milestones, and duration estimates. Monitors and revises schedules as necessary.
- Responsible for monitoring and controlling multiple aspects of approved projects throughout the lifecycle, including change request management, issue management, risk management, and status reporting.
- Manages the project budget, including purchases and contracts, and monthly spend and resource forecasting.
- Assists in the process of obtaining cost and overhead estimates and develops project budgets based on the business case.
- Addresses remediation of low-level risks, issues, or requests for scope change. Recognizes the different level of risks and engages a senior team member, when needed. Implements responses to risks and issues within areas of responsibility, following established change control processes, and records issues/resolutions.
- Facilitates requisitions, creates purchase requests, and onboards third-party resources to specific projects.
- Owns project- or workstream-level reporting with a predefined subset of reports. Adapts reporting and communications to meet stakeholder needs.
- Establishes and agrees upon quality indicators for processes and outputs, aligning with relevant stakeholders and referencing the business case.
- Conducts regular reviews throughout the project/program lifecycle to evaluate business case alignment, management processes, progress towards outputs (in terms of time, cost, and quality), stakeholder relationships, final outcomes, and realization of benefits.

- Applies new techniques and methodologies or adapts existing techniques and methodologies to solve project-related issues.
- Helps the team to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment and applies problem solving skills in a variety of situations.
MANDATORY EXPERIENCE
- 3 years of project management experience in an IT project management role.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience with industry standard project management tools and methodologies.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
- PMI CAPM/PMP, Prince 2 or similar certification.
- Experience with Agile Methodology or CSM.
- 1 - 3 years in cybersecurity project management or holds a cybersecurity management certification.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet or PlanView.
- Demonstrated understanding of project financials and measures of performance.
