Oracle Project Manager
Duration: Through 12/31/2026
Location: Remote (Travel to NY as needed)
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Project Manager to lead and support complex, strategic initiatives for an large-scale ERP Financial implementation. This role will oversee cross-functional transformation efforts, driving execution, organizational alignment, and successful delivery across business and technology teams. The ideal candidate combines strong project management expertise with excellent communication and change leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage transformation initiatives within an Oracle Financials environment, ensuring all actions, risks, issues, and decisions are tracked, communicated, and escalated appropriately.
- Develop and maintain project roadmaps, timelines, change management strategies, governance materials, and status reporting.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to define project scope, priorities, KPIs, customer experience goals, and success criteria.
- Produce clear, concise, and influential documentation to support decision-making and stakeholder engagement.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with business and technical partners to ensure delivery excellence and continuous improvement.
- Monitor project performance, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, budgets, and quality standards.
- Promote best practices in project governance, process optimization, and organizational change management.
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience supporting or leading Oracle Financials or other large-scale ERP implementations preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree and minimum 3 years of professional experience, or in lieu of a degree, a combined 7+ years’ work and education experience (including at least 3 years of work experience).
- Background in Finance, Accounting, Banking, Financial Services, or strong finance-related project experience is a plus.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, MS Project, JIRA, and SharePoint.
- Working knowledge of project management methodologies, including PMBOK, Waterfall, Agile/Scrum, Kanban, Lean Six Sigma, RUP/Iterative, and OCM principles.
- Demonstrated ability to manage risks, drive execution, and prioritize multiple workstreams in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive outcomes in collaborative environments.
