About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and modern SaaS-based MarTech platforms. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end application development, technology evaluation, and integration with enterprise-level APIs and cloud-based solutions.

Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise-level web application development using Java, J2EE, Spring, and Microservices.
- Analyze and evaluate SaaS products, APIs, and platforms offered by external vendors.
- Integrate vendor SaaS solutions with enterprise systems (e.g., Workfront, CI Hub, DAM tools, Airship, BlueConic, MediaOcean, Epsilon/Harmony).
- Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and architectural guidance to development teams.
- Develop scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions aligned with industry best practices.
- Troubleshoot production issues and ensure application stability and performance.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Product, Data, DevOps, and Operations to deliver high-quality solutions.
