Summary:
Pricing and MSRP Specialist supporting international markets for the client's products. Responsible for managing pricing strategies, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring accurate and compliant Manufacturer s Suggested Retail Prices (MSRPs) across global regions.
The Contract Worker (CW) will provide critical support to the team in managing international pricing and MSRP creation for new and existing products. The role focuses on operational execution of pricing strategies across global markets, ensuring accurate and compliant pricing aligned with local tax, duty, and regulatory requirements. The CW will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including sales, finance, product management, and legal to coordinate necessary inputs and approvals.
Key Responsibilities and Deliverables:
* Assist in developing and maintaining pricing models and tools to support MSRP setting and adjustments.
* Manage pricing for new product launches and price changes in international markets, ensuring clear communication and ownership across cross-functional teams.
* Coordinate with international teams to gather applicable tax rates, import duties, and regulatory requirements to incorporate into pricing.
* Support pricing change requests driven by market dynamics, margin changes, FX fluctuations, and tax updates.
* Conduct quarterly FX reviews and recommend pricing adjustments as needed.
* Launch localized MSRPs for new market entries, ensuring alignment with local pricing expectations and compliance.
* Support enterprise and bulk sales pricing processes.
* Design and monitor pricing promotions in alignment with overall pricing strategy.
* Monitor MAP enforcement and conduct quarterly trade price audits for compliance.
* Perform ongoing maintenance and ad hoc pricing tasks including data cleaning, discrepancy resolution, and coordination with IT and finance teams.
* Prepare reports and documentation to track pricing performance, compliance, and support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:
5-7 years of experience in pricing management, financial analysis, or related roles involving international market pricing and coordination.
