Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced SAP PTP Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SAP MM, SRM, Ariba, and integration with FI modules, with strong functional expertise in Procure-to-Pay processes across different industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business requirements and design SAP PTP solutions to meet client needs.

  • Configure and implement SAP MM (Materials Management) including Purchasing, Inventory Management, and Logistics Invoice Verification.

  • Integrate PTP processes with SAP FI (Accounts Payable) and Ariba.

  • Handle master data management for vendors, purchasing info records, material master, etc.

  • Lead workshops and blueprinting sessions to gather and document business process requirements.

  • Develop and execute test plans, scenarios, and scripts in support of PTP implementations.

  • Collaborate with technical teams for RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows).

  • Resolve post-implementation issues and provide end-user support.

  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies, controls, and audit requirements.

  • Train business users on PTP functionality and best practices.

Required Skills:

  • 6+ years of SAP PTP functional experience.

  • Strong expertise in SAP MM and integration with FI and Ariba.

  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus.

  • Knowledge of procurement processes: vendor management, PO creation, GR/IR, invoice processing.

  • Good understanding of indirect/direct procurement.

  • Hands-on configuration experience in pricing, release strategies, account determination, etc.

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and documentation skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Exposure to SAP Fiori apps in procurement.

  • Experience in Agile/DevOps project environments.

  • SAP Certification in MM or PTP modules.
