Business Analyst-with P&C Insurance Data Analytics Experience to join our team in Warren, NJ, USA [100% onsite].
NOTES: Need someone with P&C Insurance domain + Data Architecture + Data Analytics

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced P&C Insurance Domain Expert to lead data analytics projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the P&C insurance industry areas like Policy Administration, Billing, Claims and Reinsurance plus excellent data analytics experience in Data lakes, warehouses, marts, cubes and handled Use cases like : Actuarial triangles, regulatory dashboards, KPI tracking, and hands-on experience in executing successful data analytics initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
Policy Administration:-
Handled quoting, rating, underwriting, policy issuance, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations.
Worked on Tools: Guidewire PolicyCenter, Duck Creek
Worked on policy admin Data components: Product models, customer attributes, risk factors
Supported Integrations with CRM, payment gateways, general ledger

Billing Management:-
Managed the entire billing and collections cycle.
Features worked on: Instalment schedules, payment modes, commission disbursement
Integrations worked on: ERP systems, financial reporting tools

Claims Management:-
Supported intake, triage, segmentation, loss assessment, and settlement.
Worked on Technologies: NLP, OCR, ML for fraud detection and predictive analytics
Worked on Tools: ClaimCenter, RPA bots, virtual chatbots

Reinsurance:-
Strong functional exposure desired.

Data & Analytics:-
Supported reporting, compliance, and operational insights and most importantly troubleshooting the lineage.
Worked on Components: Data lakes, warehouses, marts, cubes
Handled Use cases like: Actuarial triangles, regulatory dashboards, KPI tracking

Integration & Ecosystem:-
Worked on Connects core systems with third-party services and internal platforms.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in the P&C insurance domain with a focus on data Analytics projects.
- Strong knowledge of P&C insurance products, Policy Admin, Billing, underwriting, claims, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficient in data Analytics tools and techniques.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to interact with various stakeholders
