Product Manager

  • Partner with the ExDO product team to coordinate and lead the delivery of prioritized work, including design, build, and testing of new product capabilities.

  • Drive digital innovation by leading teams with an agile, product, and modern engineering mindset from ideation to market.

  • Establish a holistic product framework, including routines, communication, and training, to align with Enterprise Change Management agile methodology and ceremony requirements.

  • Foster an environment of experimentation and continuous learning by openly communicating capacity, impediments, progress on commitments, and new learnings.

  • Support effective troubleshooting for technical and data issues, ensuring swift escalation and resolution.

  • Keep teams informed on changing policies and standards, ensuring compliance and risk awareness.

  • Identify and provide insights on external impacts to product teams, with a focus on continuous improvement
