Job Description
You will be the lead Test Engineer Associate Manager for our PAC-3 team in Lufkin, TX. Our team is responsible for designing, developing, and testing electronic systems and components, and we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to lead our team.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Test Engineer Asc Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing test plans, procedures, and scripts to ensure the quality and reliability of our electronic systems and components. You will work closely with our team to troubleshoot and resolve test-related issues, and to support the development and integration of new test systems and procedures.
Your responsibilities will include:
Coordinate daily priorities for the team to meet the schedule demands of multiple programs ensuring the site is successful meeting contract deliveries with a focus on quality, cost, efficiency, and site improvements.
Ensure TE support coverage for all shifts.
Mentoring the team as needed through test failure investigations, identifying root cause and effectively communicating with product leads to ensure preventive measures are in place.
Coordinate with the Program engineering offsite support to ensure engineering coverage and communicating issues needing corrected to support production needs.
Provide team guidance, performance review, support goal setting, and direct report coaching.
This position may require up to 10% overtime annually in support of program execution.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering, or a related related discipline from an accredited college and minimum 5 years of related experience.
Must have ability to obtain secret clearance.
Candidate must have proven leadership qualities, be considered an expert authority in Test Engineering processes, and have proven experience related to Test engineering within a factory environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to work with multiple levels of executives and first-line management
Experience with all levels of the functional test environment including but not limited to top level functional testing, ESS temperature & vibration testing, with a strong background in test related tool design and usage.
Ability to multi-task, work will under pressure, and be a motivated self-starter.

Familiarity creating test procedures based upon
test requirements
Utilization of statistical data analysis as required
