Job Details
Job Title: OpenEdge ABL Engineer
Location: Remote (Toronto preferred, 2 days onsite)

Role:
Build and deploy scalable business applications using OpenEdge ABL (Progress Developer). Work with deployment/automation tools, integrate legacy systems, and mentor engineers.
Key Work:
- Design, develop & deploy enterprise apps
- Use Terraform, Jenkins or similar for automation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams & stakeholders
- Code reviews, troubleshooting, front & back-end dev
- Ensure code quality, testing, CI/CD & compliance
Required Experience:
- 6+ yrs full stack development
- Strong in OpenEdge ABL
- Expertise in deployment/automation tools
- Legacy system integration & distributed team experience
- (Bonus) Knowledge of Canadian securities/mutual fund sector
