Role: Program Manager

Location: Naperville IL / Remote

Duration: Six months Contract to Hire

Role Overview: Program Manager IMO TB Cyber:

The Program Manager is expected to lead and coordinate multiple cybersecurity initiatives under the IMO TB Cyber umbrella. These include infrastructure hardening, endpoint protection, cloud security, and SIEM integration. The role involves strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, execution oversight, and reporting. This role will drive end-to-end program execution, from roadmap development to operational excellence, while ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Program Leadership - Build and lead a team of teams, fostering cross-functional collaboration and accelerating decision-making across diverse stakeholder groups
  • Integrated Roadmap Execution - Develop and deliver a comprehensive program roadmap from Day 1 readiness through long-term operations ensuring alignment of milestones, dependencies, and outcomes.
  • Design Governance - Define and enforce design principles and guardrails that minimize complexity, safeguard user experience, and ensure compliance with enterprise standards and regulatory frameworks (e.g., GDPR, NITS,SOX)
  • Risk & Issue Management - Proactively identify and manage risks, issues, and action items to maintain program momentum and visibility across all organizational levels
  • Executive-Level Communication - Provide clear, concise updates on program status, risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies. Act swiftly to remove blockers and resolve escalations
  • Operational Excellence - Establish scalable ways of working cadence, artifacts, templates, and collaboration tools to drive consistent delivery across internal teams and external vendors
  • Financial Stewardship - Oversee program budgets, resource allocation, and vendor contracts to ensure cost-effective execution and value delivery

Key Skills:

  1. IMO TB Cyber CCET Local Admin Server
  • Oversee implementation of local admin controls on servers.
  • Coordinate with AD and Okta integration teams.
  • Ensure compliance with MFA and privileged access policies.
  • Track progress and blockers across server environments
  1. IMO TB Cyber CCET Local Admin Workstation
  • Drive workstation-level admin rights management.
  • Collaborate with endpoint security and identity teams.
  • Monitor workstation compliance and audit readiness
  1. IMO TB Cyber Cloud Security
  • Lead cloud security strategy and roadmap execution.
  • Align with Azure/AWS security teams for posture management.
  • Implement controls for data protection, access governance, and threat detection
  1. IMO TB Cyber CrowdStrike EDR
  • Manage deployment and health of Falcon sensors.
  • Coordinate with SOC for triage and incident response.
  • Oversee L1 and L2 activities including malware scans, policy tuning, and device isolation
  • Ensure certification and training via CrowdStrike Partner Portal
  1. IMO TB Cyber CrowdStrike SIEM
  • Integrate CrowdStrike telemetry with SIEM platforms (e.g., LogScale).
  • Enable real-time reporting and incident lifecycle management.
  • Drive automation and playbook execution for threat response

Experience Required

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience leading large, multi-workstream programs in complex enterprise environments (merger/divestiture or cross-company integrations a plus)
  • Deep expertise in cybersecurity frameworks, tools, and technologies (e.g. cybersecurity frameworks and endpoint/cloud security)
  • Experience with CrowdStrike Falcon, SIEM platforms, and AD integration.
  • Familiarity with compliance standards and audit processes.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and vendor coordination.
  • Strong command of program methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and portfolio-level planning/risk management
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
  • Operational Excellence - Establish scalable ways of working cadence, artifacts, templates, and collaboration tools to drive consistent delivery across internal teams and external vendors
  • Financial Stewardship - Oversee program budgets, resource allocation, and vendor contracts to ensure cost-effective execution and value delivery

  • Certifications such as PMP, or PgMP highly desirable.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with HRIS integrations (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors) and cross-tenant collaboration platforms (e.g., M365, AVD)
  • Familiarity with audit-ready design practices and regulatory compliance.
  • Background in Cyber CCET.
