Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior / Lead .NET Developer with 10+ years of experience in designing, developing, and leading enterprise-grade applications using Microsoft .NET technologies. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, drive architectural decisions, and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions while mentoring development teams and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of enterprise applications using C#, .NET, ASP.NET, and .NET Core.
Architect and implement scalable backend solutions and RESTful APIs.
Define application architecture including microservices, layered architecture, and integration patterns.
Review code, enforce coding standards, and ensure best practices across the development team.
Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, architects, QA, and DevOps teams.
Design and optimize database schemas, queries, and stored procedures using SQL Server.
Implement security best practices including authentication, authorization, and data protection.
Drive performance tuning, scalability, and high-availability strategies.
Support CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments.
Lead troubleshooting, production support, and root cause analysis for complex issues.
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
Mentor junior and mid-level developers and provide technical guidance.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation and design specifications.
Evaluate new technologies and contribute to modernization initiatives.
