A growing IT security organization is seeking a motivated and skilled IT Security Technician to join their team! We are seeking an experienced IT Security Technician willing to travel up to 75% of the time to work on-site at various customer locations. Key Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and troubleshoot IT security systems, including low-voltage wiring, CCTV surveillance systems, access control systems, and intrusion detection systems.
Work hands-on to configure and integrate various security technologies for customized client solutions.
Perform site assessments and surveys to determine project requirements and scope of work.
Provide technical support and training to clients regarding the operation and maintenance of installed systems.
Collaborate closely with project teams to meet deadlines, maintain quality standards, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Manage documentation related to projects, including reports, blueprints, and system designs.
Travel to client locations within the designated region (up to 75% travel required).
Requirements
Requirements:
5+ years as an IT security technician or related role in low-voltage security systems.
Hands-on expertise with CCTV installation, access control systems, and intrusion detection technologies.
Familiarity with network infrastructure and systems integration is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently in the field.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to maintain positive customer relationships.
Willingness to travel frequently (valid driver's license and reliable transportation required).
Candidates must be based in Oklahoma City (OKC) or Tulsa, OK.
