Job Description:
- Architect and lead enterprise ArcGIS-based solutions for mapping healthcare clients and providers.
- Develop and enforce governance policies, workflows, metadata standards, and QA processes.
- Manage and integrate GIS datasets (demographic, socioeconomic, health, program data).
- Collaborate with stakeholders, analysts, and data scientists to align geospatial solutions with public health goals.
- Mentor GIS analysts and developers on ArcGIS best practices for analysis, mapping, and visualization.
- Deliver advanced spatial analyses, dashboards, and interactive mapping tools for executive leadership.
- Oversee SQL Server enterprise geodatabases, ArcGIS integrations, and related tools.
- Prepare and present reports, documentation, and technical recommendations to leadership.
