Gen AI Engineer

Job Overview:As a Gen AI Engineer at Apple, you will leverage your expertise in Generative AI and Machine Learning to design, implement, and optimize AI-driven solutions. Your role will focus on using Large Language Models (LLM) in conjunction with Python and SQL to develop innovative applications that enhance Apples advanced technology ecosystem. Ideal candidates will have a strong foundation in deep learning techniques and experience deploying AI solutions in cloud environments such as AWS.Key Responsibilities:- Design and develop Generative AI models enhancing user experience across Apple products.- Implement and optimize Large Language Models (LLM) for various applications.- Utilize Python and SQL to build and manage databases for data processing.- Deploy and manage AI solutions using AWS cloud services.- Apply advanced techniques in Machine Learning and Deep Learning to solve complex problems.- Conduct thorough testing and validation of AI models to ensure they meet performance standards.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI technology into existing systems.Required Qualifications/Experience:- Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.- 4 to 8 years of professional experience in AI/Machine Learning roles.- Proven experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models.- Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with SQL databases.Preferred Skills:- Expertise in Gen AI, LLM, and Machine Learning frameworks.- Experience with AWS for deploying machine learning models.- Familiarity with LORA and QLORA techniques.- Knowledge in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).- Experience working in agile development teams.
