Job Details
An OKC engineering company is hiring for a Project Analyst. A qualified candidate will have at least one year of Project Analysis experience. A bachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering, or Construction Management is highly preferred.
As a Project Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the successful execution of engineering projects by providing detailed analysis, reporting, and project coordination. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that project objectives are met on time, within scope, and on budget.

Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Coordination:
- Assist in the development and refinement of project plans and schedules.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather and verify project requirements.
- Track project milestones and deliverables, ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Collaborate with the project team to ensure maximum performance, by providing purpose, direction, and motivation.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Collect and analyze project data, including performance metrics and timeline.
- Prepare regular status reports and presentations for stakeholders, highlighting key issues and progress.
- Utilize project management software and tools to maintain accurate records and data.
- Risk Management:
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies in collaboration with engineers.
- Monitor project risks and issues, providing recommendations for resolution.
- Process Improvement:
- Review project processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Propose and implement process enhancements to improve project efficiency and effectiveness.
- Communication and Coordination:
- Act as a liaison between project teams, clients, and other stakeholders to facilitate effective communication.
- Organize and coordinate project meetings, ensuring timely distribution of meeting agendas and minutes.
- Documentation and Compliance:
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, schedules, and reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
- Experience:
- Proven experience (1+ years) in project analysis, project management, or a similar role within an engineering or technical environment.
- Experience with engineering project management or construction management is advantageous.
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and complex projects.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

- Full-time position with occasional travel to project sites as needed.
- Work is regularly performed in an office environment with adequate lighting, ventilation and moderate noise levels
- This position may require extended periods of reaching, sitting and standing, walking and navigating stairs
- Regular use of hands and fingers in operating computers and peripheral equipment
- May be required to lift up to 20 lbs.
- Requires verbal and auditory communication, as well as the ability to interact with other staff and clients
- Must be able to visually inspect work
