Job Title: Programmer Analyst UI/UX + Front-End Developer
Location: Lansing, MI (Hybrid 2 days onsite/week; no remote-only)

Responsibilities: - Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and create UI/UX designs
- Use Adobe XD, Figma, or similar tools to design and prototype web applications
- Convert designs into responsive front-end components using HTML, CSS, Tailwind/SASS
- Develop interactive features with JavaScript or TypeScript, using frameworks like React or Angular
- Integrate with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
- Use modern front-end build tools (Webpack, Babel, NPM)
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives)
- Collaborate with product owners, analysts, architects, and back-end developers
