Job Details



Required Skills:
* Bachelor's Degree
* 5+ years IT industry experience.
* 2+ years of full-time technical experience that includes maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, deployment, upgrades, enhancements, and configuration of hardware, software and operating systems in a networked production environment (PC and Macintosh)
* 2+ years supporting, troubleshooting and installing Microsoft Office 2016 - 2019, Adobe, VMWare, Office 365, and Microsoft Active Directory (ADUC, GPOs, DFS replication, etc.)
* Experience with Dell and Apple hardware, Windows 10, Windows Server 2012 - 2019, Anti-Virus, VPN, SCCM, UCaaS, and Powershell scripting. Microsoft certified professional a plus
* Demonstrate a very high sense of urgency. Speed to market is critical.
* Demonstrated critical thinking and problem solving skills.
* Very strong troubleshooting , prioritization, self-motivation, analytical, organizational and communication skills
* Excellent research skills, with an ability to evaluate the options and present to leadership
* Works well in dynamic environment, ability to handle pressured situations and respond/adapt to new demands and changing priorities
* Ability to take on new tasks and learn new technologies in a fast-paced work environment
* Should have positive, constructive attitude and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment
* Ability to deliver results and to effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects and other responsibilities
* Be able to work with people with a variety of different technical skill levels
Description of Role/Responsibilities:


The System Administrator's role is to ensure the stable operation of the company's computer network and infrastructure. This includes planning, developing, installing, configuring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing all network hardware, servers, desktops/laptops, software, and communication links. The person will also analyze and resolve end user hardware and software computer problems in a timely and accurate fashion, and provide end user training where required.
