Job Details
Requirements:
-
5 or more years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementation.
-
Proficiency in Sales Processes, pipeline management, and optimization (7+ years).
-
Experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and process documentation.
-
Experience with configuration and optimization of Dynamics 365 CRM.
-
Experience with CRM certifications (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant).
-
Experience with developing training materials and SOPs for CRM adoption.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities:
-
Lead the CRM reimplementation project to ensure successful delivery.

Gather detailed business requirements for the new CRM system design.

Document business processes and workflows for optimization.

Work closely with the technical team during system design and implementation.

Ensure effective adoption of the new CRM system across the organization.

Optimize business processes to enhance customer relationships.

Serve as the primary business analyst for the CRM project.
