Position Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead two high-visibility strategic initiatives within MLA, including the OpCo enablement and account tracking system replacement projects. This individual will serve as the central liaison between business stakeholders, vendor teams, and internal IS groups, ensuring alignment, accountability, and timely delivery across a complex ecosystem of dependencies.
This is a remote, 52-week contract assignment supporting our parent company.
Key Responsibilities
Own and drive comprehensive program plans, aggregating inputs from business, vendor, and IS teams
Deliver executive-level updates to senior stakeholders, including the CFO
Build and maintain trust-based relationships across diverse teams without direct reporting lines
Lead with persistence and clarity, ensuring stakeholders meet deadlines despite competing priorities
Coordinate with system integrators and third-party vendors, managing cross functional dependencies
Ensure visibility and transparency across all workstreams, proactively managing risks and scope changes
Collaborate with recruiting teams to ensure candidates have experience interfacing with executive-level stakeholders
Manages relations with all suppliers
Responsible for successful achievement of service level agreements and key performance indicators
Utilizes program management skills of communication, presentation, time management, organization, and planning to successfully achieve program goals and objectives
Manages all program resources assigned to perform tasks according to plan; sets expectations concerning program performance
Evaluates time frames, quality, and quantity of resources required to successfully achieve program objectives
Involved in forecasting for and managing program office to a budget in partnership with leadership
Conducts and leads operational meetings and status checks with customers and teams on a regular cadence
Prepares and delivers weekly and monthly status reports to customer and customer senior management on all program activities and issues
Acts as a liaison between the customer's and supplier's senior management
Resolves all program issues with customer and suppliers as appropriate
Ability to interact and manage complex customer issues
Responsible for program health as it pertains to operations, invoicing, integration management, and technology enhancements
Skills & Qualifications
7 or more years of IT/business experience, including 7 or more years in program management
Proven ability to manage multiple teams and vendors across large-scale initiatives
Strong command of project planning tools and methodologies (MS Excel proficiency required; MS Project or modern tools a plus)
Experience in Agile environments (SAFe preferred)
Salesforce experience is a plus
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; able to influence without authority
Strong financial acumen; capable of budget analysis and reporting
PMP certification or equivalent preferred
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Ability to engage and sell to executive-level clients
Ability to present conceptual information to all levels of internal and external management
Excellent customer relations skills
Ability to effectively present to large customer groups
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Project Management Experience
Proven track record of success in working and dealing with enterprise accounts

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $80.00 - $85.00/hr.
