We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to join our team in the manufacturing industry. This is a permanent position that offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the development and optimization of our technical systems and processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing electrical equipment, components, or systems. They will also be expected to apply their knowledge of electrical engineering principles to solve complex problems and improve our existing systems. This role requires an individual with a strong technical background, combined with an ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
1. Design, develop, and test electrical equipment, components, or systems, ensuring they meet project requirements and performance standards.
2. Use CAD and PLM tools to create and modify electrical diagrams, layouts, and other documentation.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure electrical designs integrate seamlessly with other system components.
4. Conduct thorough inspections and performance tests of electrical systems to identify and resolve any issues.
5. Prepare and present technical reports, findings, and recommendations to management and other team members.
6. Assist in the preparation of budgets, bids, and contracts, and manage the procurement of necessary equipment and supplies.
7. Comply with all industry standards and regulations, ensuring all work is carried out safely and effectively.
8. Stay updated with the latest advancements in electrical engineering and propose new ways to apply them to our operations.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably in the Accounting and Finance industry.
3. Proficiency in using CAD and PLM tools for electrical design and documentation.
4. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills, with an ability to troubleshoot complex electrical issues.
6. Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles, codes, and standards.
7. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to present complex information clearly and effectively.
8. Strong project management skills, with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
9. Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team, demonstrating strong collaboration skills.
10. High level of attention to detail and accuracy, with an ability to produce high-quality work under pressure.
