The Director of Project Delivery is responsible for overseeing and executing project deliveries in the Technology Roadmap Execution plan. This leader oversees the Project Delivery team to provide coaching, consultation and best practices, and ensures the departmental policies and procedures fulfill the organization's objectives. This Director oversees the entire lifecycle of multiple technology projects, ensures user needs are met, and has a technical background to provide hands-on support. This role will work across a variety of internal and external stakeholders to ensure success of project updates and delivery are in a timely manner.
Critical Duties:
- Responsible for overseeing and owning technology projects from start to finish assigned as part of the Technology Roadmap and seeing the project(s) into production.
- Oversee and execute delivery of projects through strategic planning, implementation, and completion via the Company Collaboration Framework as defined by the Company Project Management Office.
- Teach the Company Collaboration Framework technology to internal and external stakeholders to include but not limited to: New Hires, Project Managers, Department Leads, Supporting Vendors, etc.
- Provide leadership, strategic vision and direction, and hands-on technical expertise to project management practitioners to include, but not limited to: Project Managers, Product Owners, Business Analysts, etc.
- Oversee Project Managers and Business Analysts to ensure the success of delivering assigned projects.
- Escalate risk to executive management and resolve any major project blockers, as
- Collaborate with the Project Management Office (PMO) and provide oversight to all projects and ensure they are executed properly under the Company Collaboration
- Ensure Project Managers are delivering status updates to the PMO according to the defined process.
- Align with the PMO on the Technology Roadmap, resource allocation, and budget
- Ensure that projects are delivered on time, on budget, and within

Education/Experience:
- 7+ years' experience in student housing/multi-family housing, Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, and/or science preferred, and/or equivalent combination of experience and education.
- 5+ years proven experience in managing and delivery of technology projects and
- Experience in product management, software development lifecycle, strategic planning, and implementation.
- Experience in managing vendors and various implementation
- Demonstrated career progression including increasing levels of responsibility, continuous education, and technical skills development.
Certificates/Licenses:
- PMP, PgMP, CSM, and/or CSPO
