Key Requirements:
1. Deep understanding of Salesforce capabilities: The candidate must have 5+ years of sfdc experience and first hand knowledge of sfdc. Administration and/or development experience is a plus.
2. Business Communication: Ability to clearly understand Salesforce business requirements from stakeholders and effectively translate them into product requirements for developers.
3. Cross-functional Collaboration: Experience working with Salesforce developers, business ops, and other cross functional teams to convey business requirements, and collaborate on design, development, and launch.
4. Strong project management skills and experience.
