Job Details

Role Overview:

The R&D Site Lab Tech Analyst will be responsible for maintaining R&D lab systems, supporting business and application processes, and ensuring reliable, secure technology operations for research and development teams.

Key Responsibilities:

R&D Lab PC Workstation Support
- Create and manage lab PC images and device configurations
- Handle patch management, security updates, and vulnerability mitigation
- Perform user management, system backups, data archiving, and disaster recovery
R&D Business Process Support
- Coordinate vendor services such as instrument calibration and compliance activities
- Ensure adherence to SOPs and change management procedures
- Maintain documentation and support smooth data collection processes
R&D Application Support
- Support and maintain global R&D technology and cybersecurity solutions
- Ensure high availability and performance of R&D applications
Deployment & Ongoing R&D Support
- Provide on-site technical support during deployment and post-deployment phases
- Ensure business continuity and operational excellence of lab systems

Location:

Richmond, VA 23220 Work from Client Location (Onsite)

Experience Required:

10+ years overall IT experience
8+ years in R&D / Life Sciences lab support
