Project Manager with Waterfall and Agile experience Data and Analytics JOB SUMMARY The Project Manager with Agile provides effectiveleadership, coordination, and organization for 1-4 Data and Analytics projects,simultaneously. They will start up projects, create project plans, assignresources, track progress, review financials and hold the team accountable totheir deliverables. This position requires excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills, commitment to exceptional results, a strong desire forcontinuous improvement and the ability to build a collaborative culture withinour team. They should be extremely experienced with the solution developmentlife cycle, Application Development and Agile methods as they WILL need tooperate in a bi-modal manner (Waterfall and Agile). Candidates should haveeither a PMP and/or recognizable scrum master certification (CSM, SAFe).
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
Develops, refines, validates, and manages project plans and sprints to ensureon time and on budget delivery of major technology initiatives across theenterprise. This includes management of hours and dollars
Provides overall financial project view to manage the development of budgets,controls and measurements to monitor project progress
Participates in identifying project costs, resource allocation, projectschedule changes and issue escalation
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Good group presentation skills
Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills. Frequentlyinteracts with IT personnel, business personnel, vendors, consultants and othercontractors at various levels, including executives
Provides timely and concise communications to business and technicalleadership regarding project status and pending issues; analyzes processes andmakes recommendations for optimizing resources and product delivery
Builds consensus among multiple leads relative to project scope, taskexecution, staffing and issue resolution
Responsible for directing and coaching for Agile processes and ceremonies(sprints, standups, PIs, Retrospectives). Strong working knowledge of Azure DevOps boards and facilitation/utilization boards during standups. Familiaritywith Azure Dev Ops agile and project metrics.
Responsible for utilizing project management methods as well as thecoordination of internal and external resources required to complete assignedprojects
Identifies and manages project dependencies (internal and external), risks,and proactively manages issues. Familiarity with RAID, and continuous actionitem follow-up.
Good analytical and critical thinking skills. Good mathematical skills
Excellent organizational skills. Excellent leadership skills
Must be willing to travel infrequently (once or twice a year for sitemeetings )
Must have experience with PI Planning events
Must have experience running Scrum and Kanban within Azure Dev Ops Boards(coordinating Sprints, Kanban board, loading backlog, dashboards, reporting

Knowledge of capacity management and allocation management
*** MUST HAVES ***
5+ years of experience as Project Manager/Scrum Master with at least severalwaterfall projects
5+ years of experience managing Information Technology (IT) projects
Experience with Application Development either as project manager or scrummaster
Experience with software package implementation / roll-out
Experience using Azure Dev Ops Boards in a project (typically in a Kanban orscrum environment)
Experience with driving and facilitating PI Planning events utilizing MuralBoards
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint,SharePoint, MS Teams)
Experience with Microsoft Project, (creating, maintaining/updating projectplans)
Strong experience with excel functions and charts (pivots, counts, lookups,formatting)
Experience with financials: tracking $ actual and ETCs against projectbaseline
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
Candidate s resume must have some examples of not only what role they played,but project purpose (e.g. managed Application Development for a customerbilling system)
