Epic Professional Billing (PB) Analyst – Community Connect
Job Summary:
Epic Certified Professional Billing Analyst with hands-on Community Connect experience, responsible for supporting, configuring, and optimizing Epic PB workflows for provider organizations and connected community practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure, support, and optimize Epic Professional Billing (PB) workflows
Provide application support for Community Connect sites and affiliated practices
Collaborate with clinical, revenue cycle, and IT teams to gather and analyze requirements
Manage charge capture, fee schedules, claim edits, billing rules, and payer configurations
Troubleshoot billing issues, denials, and workflow gaps for Community Connect users
Perform system build, testing, validation, and upgrades
Support go-live activities, end-user training, and post-go-live stabilization
Ensure compliance with payer, regulatory, and organizational policies
Document workflows, build specifications, and change requests
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Epic Professional Billing (PB) Certification
Experience supporting Epic Community Connect environments
Strong understanding of provider billing, claims, and revenue cycle processes
Experience with testing, issue resolution, and user support
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
