Epic Professional Billing (PB) Analyst – Community Connect

Job Summary:
Epic Certified Professional Billing Analyst with hands-on Community Connect experience, responsible for supporting, configuring, and optimizing Epic PB workflows for provider organizations and connected community practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure, support, and optimize Epic Professional Billing (PB) workflows

  • Provide application support for Community Connect sites and affiliated practices

  • Collaborate with clinical, revenue cycle, and IT teams to gather and analyze requirements

  • Manage charge capture, fee schedules, claim edits, billing rules, and payer configurations

  • Troubleshoot billing issues, denials, and workflow gaps for Community Connect users

  • Perform system build, testing, validation, and upgrades

  • Support go-live activities, end-user training, and post-go-live stabilization

  • Ensure compliance with payer, regulatory, and organizational policies

  • Document workflows, build specifications, and change requests

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Epic Professional Billing (PB) Certification

  • Experience supporting Epic Community Connect environments

  • Strong understanding of provider billing, claims, and revenue cycle processes

  • Experience with testing, issue resolution, and user support

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
