Reports to: Marketing Project Manager or Growth Marketing Manager
About the Role:
We're looking for a hands-on, highly organized Marketing Coordinator to support our growing marketing team across a wide range of campaigns and projects. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who's excited to learn, ready to pitch in wherever needed, and able to keep multiple projects moving forward.
You'll help set up and track marketing campaigns, organize webinars, QA creative assets, and support the day-to-day coordination that keeps the team running smoothly. You'll work closely with specialists across email, paid media, social, events, and more-serving as a flexible, dependable team player.
What You'll Do:
Assist in setting up and launching marketing campaigns across email, social, paid, and events.
Help with the planning, setup, and follow-up for webinars and virtual events (e.g., registration pages, calendar links, reminders).
Quality check assets and links (emails, ads, landing pages) to ensure everything works before launch.
Maintain campaign calendars, checklists, briefs, and timelines to keep the team aligned.
Coordinate deliverables across design, copy, and marketing teams.
Gather basic performance data and help prepare reports.
Take meeting notes, manage task follow-ups, and support tool maintenance (e.g.,ClickUp, Slack, shared drives).
What We're Looking For:
2+ years of experience in a marketing, communications, or coordination role (internships and entry-level roles count!).
Detail-oriented and organized-able to juggle multiple projects without missing steps.
Comfortable with digital tools and platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Sheets, project management tools like Asana).
Willing to learn and jump into different types of tasks-email setup one day, webinar logistics the next.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative, can-do attitude.
Exposure to marketing tools like ActiveCampaign, Meta Ads, or Webflow is a plus-but not required.
