IT Administrative Analyst
Under the general supervision of the IT manager, the IT Administrative Analyst performs a variety of IT tasks related to IT requisition creation and purchasing, cross-functional coordination of various IT requests, tracking following and closing IT tasks as assigned, and supporting various IT-related requests and support needs. In supporting purchase requests, the
Analyst will:
- Create and manage purchase requests and track them for approvals in a timely manner
- Analyze and respond to requests related to IT purchases, such as hardware, software, subscriptions, and peripherals
- Process purchase requisitions into the procurement system
- Perform quality checks all incoming purchase requisitions, including SOW/Quote between Digital & Indirect Supply chain
- Support purchase receipt confirmation in procurement system
- Supports internal team with purchase order support Coordinate with internal team re: questions, status, & issue resolution.
- Liaise with internal departments, such as managers, supply chain and finance, to clarify ensure timely submission of all requests for goods and services.
- Process service requests for end user hardware, including submitting purchase requests, receipt of goods and deployment to end users
