Summary

A Security Program Coordinator is responsible for overseeing security-related projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently, within budget, and in compliance with security standards.

Your role in our mission
  • Project Planning & Execution: Defining project scope, objectives, and timelines while managing resources. Be able to develop weekly and monthly project status reports and when asked, brief the status of the projects
  • Risk Management: Identifying security risks and implementing mitigation strategies. Manage the implementation and maintenance of security systems, including access controls, surveillance, and incident response
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborating with teams, vendors, and executives to align security goals. Collaborate with stakeholders across IT, security, compliance, and business units to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security measures into overall project plans
  • Compliance & Standards: Ensuring adherence to security frameworks like NIST, ISO 27001. Ensuring adherence to CMS and HIPPA
  • Technical Oversight: Managing cybersecurity tools, electronic security systems, and cloud security solutions


What we're looking for
  • Six or more years of experience in security policies and procedures, information systems security or computer operations.
  • Bachelor's Project Management, Computer Science or Business Administration.
  • Experience working with industrial and/or National Security Information security systems and implementation procedures.
  • PMP, SEC+ certifications are highly desired.
  • CySA +, Pentest +, CISSP, CISM and any cloud certification would be nice to have.

The pay range for this position is $72,800.00 - $104,000.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
