Job Details



A hospitality organization in Florida is currently seeking a new Technical Service Desk Analyst. In this role, the Technical Service Desk Analyst will be responsible for working with internal and external resources to ensure that the systems are operating correctly, staff has the required access, service requests are processed efficiently and that operations have continuous use of the solution.


Responsibilities:


The Technical Service Desk will:



  • Create, review and triage support tickets on a timely basis

  • Provide end-user desktop support via remote support tools

  • Install and configure new Windows 10 computers, monitors and printers.

  • Strong communication skills are required with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks

  • Track and generate reports on a monthly basis for outstanding issues

  • Communicate with users, vendors and IT in a professional manner

  • Able to work both independently and effectively


Qualifications:



  • All Microsoft based products, including Office 365

  • Experience troubleshooting applications

  • Ticket triage

  • Experience with database query tools

  • Experience with Tier2 or Tier3 support

  • Active Directory
