Position Title:- Tier 2 Technical Support Specialist
Location: Columbus, OH
Interview Process:- Only webcam
We are seeking a skilled Tier 2 Technical Support Specialist to provide advanced technical assistance for a user base of 15,000+. In this role, you will troubleshoot complex hardware, software, and network issues, manage system access, and ensure smooth business operations using the ServiceNow platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Tier 2 support for desktop/workstation issues, including configuration, installation, and maintenance.
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity, application, and security-related problems.
- Manage user access and permissions in alignment with security policies.
- Track, prioritize, and resolve tickets in ServiceNow with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Tier 3, Infrastructure, and Security teams on escalated issues.
- Offer guidance and best practices on Microsoft 365 and enterprise tools.
- Maintain current knowledge of technologies and security procedures.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of technical or desktop support experience.
- Strong knowledge of Office 365, Windows OS, and workstation hardware.
- Understanding of networking basics (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms.
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
